Info: Temporary pavilion
In collaboration with Monica Armani Studio, Maco Technology engineered the steel and wood structure and pneumatic cushion covering of the new temporary pavilion provided to the Province of Trento for the most exclusive events held in the city but also on the ski slopes. The new, modular pavilion consists of steel and wood arches and a series of “branched” steel purlins. An insufflated sheet is laid on top of the structure that insulates the interior and allows for quick assembly due to easier tensioning because of the air contribution. The innovative shape of the roof characterizes the structure and recalls the ridges of the Dolomites.
